This vintage Wahl Eversharp Skyline in Dubonnet burgundy dates to approximately 1943–1948 and features the streamlined Art Deco styling that made the Skyline one of Eversharp’s most recognizable fountain pens.
The pen is fitted with a 14K gold fine nib with noticeable line variation and flex. It was restored to working condition, including servicing of the lever-filling system and installation of a fresh ink sac. The section was secured during restoration, and the pen was cleaned and prepared for regular use.
Writing performance was tested after restoration. The nib writes smoothly with good ink flow and provides expressive variation with moderate pressure.
