These terms govern purchases made through The Restoration Ledger, operated by JT Erwin, doing business as The Restoration Ledger, and are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana.
Product condition
Every pen sold here is an individual vintage item, often 50 to 100+ years old. Cosmetic variation, age-related wear, and evidence of prior repairs or restoration work are inherent to pens like these — not defects. Each listing and its photographs describe the specific, individual pen being sold.
Guarantees
No guarantees are made beyond what's explicitly stated in a pen's listing. Where a listing states a pen was tested and found functional, that claim is accurate as of the time it shipped. See Shipping & Returns for the functional guarantee and return policy, which is part of these terms.
Pricing, availability, and inventory
Prices, availability, and inventory are subject to change without notice. Because every pen is one-of-one, it's possible — though rare — for an item to sell through another channel before a listing here is updated to match. If that happens on an order you've placed, you'll be notified and refunded in full for that item.
