Shipping & Returns

Domestic orders (U.S. only — international shipping isn't offered) ship via USPS Ground Advantage. Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on the package and destination, rather than built into the pen's price.

Orders ship within 1–2 business days of payment.

Every pen is packaged securely and protected from movement and impact in transit.

Additional shipping protection (insurance and/or signature confirmation) is added automatically on orders over $300.

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

The pen must be returned in the same condition it was received.

The buyer covers return shipping, unless the item received materially differs from its listing — in that case, return shipping is covered here.

Because every pen is one-of-one, a returned pen goes back into inventory rather than being replaced with an identical item.

Every restored pen is guaranteed to be functional — filling and writing properly — at the time it's shipped.

That said, these are vintage mechanisms, most of them 50 to 100+ years old. There's no indefinite warranty on components that age — normal wear after the pen is in your hands is expected of an antique writing instrument, not a defect.
